Admission - Procedure

The consideration of applications and the admission of new students proceed as follows:

  1. Application package presented to family by school secretary.
  2. Family and applicant interviewed by Director.
  3. Completed application form and school records considered by Director.
  4. Admission decision made and grade placement determined by Director.
  5. Fees and tuition invoices prepared by accountant.
  6. School file begun by secretary.
  7. One month probationary period begun.
  8. A one month initial placement reconsidered by Director with information by classroom teachers.
  9. Further assessment conducted if necessary.
  10. Initial placement confirmed or changed.
